We will work with you to locate a property of your choosing. We will purchase that property and renovate it. Upon completion of the renovation, we will sell that property to you or one of our Rent to Own partner companies at an agreed upon price. 

This is determined by your lender or Rent to Own company prior to your home search.

No, but we can refer you to one of lender partners.

We have partnered with a full service real estate brokerage who will exclusively work with you as a client which may require an Exclusive Agency Agreement.

While we offer many options and features, we have opted to focus our scope of work so that we may offer the highest quality materials and superior work for our clients. 

Typically, most areas around the metropolitan area will qualify but there are some minimum criteria that all homes must meet to participate in the program. (Contact us to inquire)

We offer several options including a pay at close option or pre-pay options at a discount.

Renovations typically are completed within a 2-4 week period of time. (Some repairs and renovations may require an extended period of time to complete)

Yes, No, or Maybe so.  If Warwick & Main is the current owner, they will be responsible for the repairs. As the current owner, there is no exchange of ownership until closing. 

Absolutely, you are welcome to follow the process up close & personal. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to make some unique touches as the renovation progresses.
